About Simunye Flow
Our Philosophy
Simunye (pronounced see-moon-yeh ) means “We Are One.”
It reflects the belief that everything in the body is connected and holds the wisdom to heal. This understanding underpins my work, supporting you through gentle bodywork and Spinal Flow to restore balance, ease, and wellbeing.

Our Core Values
.
1. Oneness (Simunye – We Are One)
At the heart of Simunye Flow is the understanding that we are all interconnected—body, mind, spirit, community, and nature. Healing is not something done to someone, but something that unfolds when we recognise our innate wholeness and connection to all life.
2. Ease & Flow
Life is not meant to be lived in constant struggle. Simunye Flow honours the body’s natural intelligence and its ability to heal when resistance is released. Through gentle support and presence, we create space for ease, balance and flow to return—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
3. Deep Connection with Nature
Nature is a powerful healer and teacher. Simunye Flow is grounded in the rhythms of the natural world, recognising that when we reconnect with nature, we remember our true state of balance, vitality, and wellbeing. Healing happens most profoundly when we slow down and listen—just as nature does.

What makes my work different
My approach goes beyond muscle-based massage by supporting the nervous system and spine, allowing the body to naturally release stress and tension at a deeper level. As a Spinal Flow Practitioner, I work gently and holistically, creating a calm, safe space for lasting change rather than temporary relief. This work is ideal for those seeking to reconnect with their body, restore balance, and move through life with greater ease and flow.

About Me
I am a proud mother of two boys and a Spinal Flow & Massage Practitioner with a deep love for nature, movement, and wellbeing. Living with scoliosis from my teenage years led me to explore modalities that release tension, restore balance, and support the free flow of energy through the body. With over 20 years of personal yoga practice and a calling that led me to Spinal Flow, my work is grounded in both lived experience and professional care. Today, I support people to reconnect with their body’s innate healing wisdom, gently addressing the root cause of symptoms and guiding the body back toward ease, balance and flow.
